International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Spain and our aim is to get orders dispatched within 7 working days.

All orders are sent via recorded services.

The Peaceful Punk cannot be held responsible for any import duties or taxes charged on receipt of goods delivered outside of the EU.


Returns

We really hope you love your order from The Peaceful Punk, but we understand there may be times when you need to return items to us. We accept returns within 21 days of the original purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and in their original condition with all original tags and labels attached. Please refrain from trying on clothes while wearing heavy makeup, perfume or in a smokey environment - items that are returned marked or with a discernible scent may be refused a refund as they are not fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Cost

You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. The Peaceful Punk is a small independent business all postage on returns and exchanges are at the cost of the buyer.

Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of us receiving the item/items.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

21 Days to Return

We accept returns of unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Returns and Exchanges

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorises The Peaceful Punk to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees The Peaceful Punk may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Third-party retailers

The Peaceful Punk can not guarantee any product that is not sold by thepeacefulpunk.com or one of our approved retailers.

Returning Defective Products

Please contact customer service at info@thepeacefulpunk.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through thepeacefulpunk.com website.
